About Inn-dulGe
We're a small kitchen at the Holiday Inn Express in Woodmead with one strong opinion: food should be made properly, by people who care, every single day.
The menu starts in Italy because that's where our chefs learned to love cooking. From there it wanders — a Thai curry that's been on the stove since morning, a Mediterranean grill, a South African braai flavour that sneaks onto the plate. Slow-cooked comfort food. Steaks over a real flame. Pizzas from a stone base. Desserts we'd happily be judged on. Nothing arrives frozen; nothing is a shortcut.
Chef Waldo Addinall runs the kitchen. He learned his craft in some of the best restaurants in the country and came away with a simple rule he won't bend on: respect the ingredient, let the flavour do the talking. Vegetables come from farms we know. Fish comes from our own coast. If it isn't fresh, it isn't on the menu.
Eat with us however suits you
Sit down and order from the QR code on your table — no waiting for a waiter. Staying in the hotel? We'll bring it to your room. Working in one of the office parks nearby? Collect, or let us deliver lunch to your building. Book a table for something special, or give us 24 hours and we'll build platters and grazing boards for your meeting, or seal snack boxes for the boardroom or the road.
